Julie did an amazing job with my hair on my wedding day! My hair is long and thick and can sometimes be hard to handle. She was able to create, with ease, the wedding updo I had imagined. During the trial-run, we discussed in detail what I wanted and she did not disappoint - the final product was perfect! Throughout the process, she was extremely professional and friendly.  I had total peace of mind and confidence that my whole bridal party would look stunning! I loved having Julie and her partner around the day of the wedding. By the end of it, they felt like part of the wedding party. I felt truly beautiful on a very important day thanks to Julie!

I desperately needed a hair stylist for my July Wedding. After moving back to KC, I had a couple hair trials which both ended in frustration and added stress. I am not a perfectionist by any means of the word, but I just couldn’t seem to find the ‘look’ I wanted for my special day. I was lucky to have a friend who worked at the same Salon as Julie put me in contact with her, and set up another trial. After sitting down, and sharing my frustrations, Julie and I went through a list of picturesque hair styles I had collected. With each style, she helped me narrow down my ideal look, and honestly made the experience fun and exciting. I left the Salon two hours later thrilled to have finalized my hair style, my bridesmaids hair and with a final highlighting appointment two weeks prior to the big day. After discussing the plan for 8 girls needing hair and make-up done, Julie offered to meet us on site which helped us keep everything on schedule without wasting time in traffic. To say my wedding day went great is an understatement. Julie showed up early, met my bridesmaids and made getting ready enjoyable and memorable.

I have had many hair stylists over the years, as I am a dirty blonde who continues to strive to be blonder.  I choose to go back to Julie because I have never left an appointment disappointed, which is monumental to me. She listens (an inch is truly an inch), she is very up-to-date with new trends and styles and she makes each trip to the salon enjoyable.

I've bounced around from hairstylist to hairstylist for years trying to find that "perfect match." I first met Julie for a wedding consultation and immediately fell in love with her! The key was the passion that she has for her craft. You can tell that she genuinely loves coming to work every day - that she is excited to see you and make you look/feel like your best self. What I absolutely think sets Julie apart from the rest is her ability to guide you in the right direction when it comes to your hair. I've had the same old hair cut and color for 15 years and she's gradually helped me spice it up. I trust Julie's hair expertise (and I also trust her with stories about my life that I'm always excited to share with her when I come in for an appointment). It is safe to say that I've found my perfect match.

Julie and her [partner] did an amazing job for my wedding with not only myself (bride) but also the bridesmaids and the moms.  They showed up early which was no easy feat as we started hair at 7:30am!  Julie and her [partner] were so calming, which was so wonderful since the wedding morning can be slightly stressful.  All of my bridesmaids were very laid back and didn't really have ideas of what they wanted but each bridesmaid's hair style was unique, beautiful,  and different from the other styles.  Julie and her [partner] are very creative!  The best part was that ALL of the updos stayed in all night long and into the next morning!  I highly recommend Julie!  She is the best and you will not regret your decision!
